1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 68jili ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 68jili.app website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of 68jili following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2.Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 68jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines, and we strictly enforce this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 68jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service.

68jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. 68jili will void all bets placed and forfeit all winnings associated with any account found to have been registered by an underage individual, and may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

3.Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 68jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. 68jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent 68jili customer support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 68jili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

68jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team immediately.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 68jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We support a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking, as well as other methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 68jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 68jili reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Currency & Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction. 68jili does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional if you have questions about your obligations.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 68jili offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• 68jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

6.Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 68jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our games are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify compliance with fairness standards.

By participating in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, 68jili reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 68jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players or 68jili staff.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.

8.Responsible Gaming

9.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 68jili.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68jili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 68jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability , reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11.Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. 68jili collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption and secure payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

68jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, provided that you have not breached these Terms in a manner that results in forfeiture of funds. 68jili is not liable for any losses or damages arising from account suspension or termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal policies.

13.Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 68jili customer support. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 68jili. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

14.Amendments to These Terms

68jili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and may notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15.Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the 68jili platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where arbitration is required under Section 13 above.
